We’re always happy to welcome new clients and their pets for pets for care to Animal Choice.
Our aim is to make the registration process simple, clear, and stress-free.
How to Register
Please call us on 020 8672 2344.
Registration is completed in person at your first visit.
Before Your First Visit
To help us understand your pet’s health history, please bring:

Any previous medical records
-
Vaccination history
-
Photographs or videos of symptoms (if relevant)
-
Recent urine or stool samples (if appropriate)
If your pet is anxious, you are welcome to wait outside or in your car until the vet is ready to see it.
On the Day of Your Appointment

Please arrive a few minutes early to complete a short registration form

If your pet has been seen by another vet, you can ask them to email us your pet’s medical records
-
Dogs should arrive on a lead; cats should be in a secure carrier
-
We aim to keep waiting times short, but if there is an emergency, we will let you know
Parking And Access
Street parking is available via the RingGo app.
There are two steps at the entrance – please call if you need assistance.
